4. – In case you go more than the specified number of people, an surcharge of 200,000 VND/Adult and 100,000 VND/Child will be charged.
5. – Guests who cancel the villa before 14 days will be refunded deposit 100%, before 7 days will refund guests 50%.deposit, after 7 days do not refund deposit.
6. – Please clean, wash dishes, kitchen utensils and put them in the right place. In case you do not clean, Ruby Homes will charge an additional fee of 200,000 VND / time.
