 General Regulations of Aria Resort-S3-Sapphire 3

1. Pets are not allowed (In case of carrying, there will be an surcharge of 1 million VND/child)
2.  Check-in at: 14:00 - Check-out at: 12:00
3. No noisy karaoke in the resort (only allowed to sing indoors and stop after 10am)
4. Guests who cancel the villa before 14 days will be refunded deposit 100%, before 7 days will refund guests 50%.deposit, after 7 days do not refund deposit.
5. Please clean, wash dishes, kitchen utensils and put them in the right place. In case you do not clean, Ruby Homes will charge an additional fee of 200,000 VND / time.​
