With the goal of building a clean and comfortable resort space - Ensuring safety - security in Villa

Please adhere to the following rules:

• 1. Present your passport or identity card for check-in procedures and temporary residence registration upon arrival Villa. For foreign guests: required to present a valid passport and visa.
• 2. Self-responsible for preserving property and personal belongings while staying at the villa
• 4. Do not bring guns, explosives, toxic substances, addictive substances, stimulants Villa. You are fully responsible before the law when problems arise related to the above items.
• 5. Do not change or move furniture in the room or from room to room. In case the property, furniture in the room is lost or damaged due to use, you will have to compensate 100% value.
• 6. Maintain general hygiene; Do not throw toilet paper and waste into the sanitary ware that clogs the drain.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the garden space, pool. Do not litter in the pool
• 7. Do not bring pets into the villa without the consent of the company.
• 8. Do not bring more people into the room overnight without pre-registration with Villa butler
• 9. If you detect a fire in the Villa, please promptly find a way to notify Company Employees, Housekeepers, or people in the nearest area and calmly follow instructions for fire prevention.
• 10. Keep quiet, don't make noise after 21:30
• 11. Before leaving VillaPlease pay all bills and return the room key to the housekeeper
• 12. The company has the right to terminate the room rental for guests who do not comply with the above provisions.
