V. General Regulations:

1. – Pets are not allowed
2. – Check-in at: 14h
3. – Check out at : 12 o'clock
4. – Guests who cancel the villa 2 weeks before will be refunded deposit 100%, before 7 days will refund guests 50%.deposit, after 7 days will not refund deposit.
5. -Please clean, wash dishes, kitchen utensils and put them in the right place. In case you do not clean, Ruby Homes will charge an additional fee of 200,000 VND / time.
